The main objective of this paper is to offer to the research comunity that works in Natural Language Proccesing (NLP) an oportunity to present original works, to show interesting results, to discuss problems and to avoid handicaps that appear during our research career.

On the other hand these publications permit to exchange opinions about future lines of basic research and its applications, in accordance with the people and companies need. We want to think and discuss about current issues such as information extraction, information retrieval or the evaluation of the NLP systems.
